The Lithium Revolution

Optimizing Mood, Memory, and Lifelong Brain Health With Nutritional Lithium

By James Greenblatt, MD

Low-dose nutritional lithium is one of the most misunderstood—and most important—nutrients in modern medicine. This book brings clarity to a subject long clouded by stigma, confusion, and the conflation of pharmaceutical and nutritional forms of the same element.

This book is not about replacing psychiatric medications or about a miracle cure. It is about science, restorative biology, and supporting the brain with a nutrient it needs to maintain balance, emotional regulation, cognitive resilience, and long-term stability. It is about the lithium revolution—and meeting the unique physical, mental, and emotional challenges of the 21st century.

In this book, you’ll learn how lithium can help to:

  • Boost Mood and Balance Mood Swings
  • Prevent and Treat Alzheimer’s
  • Cool Irritability, Anger and Aggression
  • Resolve Substance Abuse and Addiction—and Prevent Relapse
  • Decrease the Risk of Suicide
  • Ease the Symptoms of Fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, Lyme Disease, the Impulsivity of ADHD, and more
