How to Begin Your Care Journey with Dr. Greenblatt
Dr. Greenblatt has retired from his clinical practice and is no longer treating patients directly. However, he is available to work alongside your provider to consult on your diagnosis and treatment. For all patient consultations, we require the oversight and involvement of your medical practitioner (optimally a MD, DO, ND NP or PA with prescriptive authority).
In this consulting role, Dr. Greenblatt will work with your provider to analyze laboratory work, review your symptoms and health history, assess diagnoses or treatments, and provide big picture analysis for care. Your provider can then follow through on Dr. Greenblatt’s suggestions and observations, order labs, and most importantly, prescribe and monitor your medications. We will work with you provider to schedule follow-up appointments as necessary. We find this is the most productive and successful approach, as Dr. Greenblatt can only make treatment recommendations for you and your provider; he will not provide direct patient care.
If you are interested in scheduling a consultation appointment to discuss your mental health, please contact your provider to ensure they are willing and available to work with Dr. Greenblatt in this capacity. If they are available to work with Dr. Greenblatt in this role, please have them complete the Provider Consultation Request form here.
